Susan went above and beyond to close my deal. The purchase of my home was not a clean slam dunk, but Susan never hesitated to take responsibility of addressing the issues and getting them resolved. She was extremely proactive and always had my best interest in mind. She knew when to consult with others to determine the best course of action.
